Thermoplastec, Inc. was established at Rockford in the State of Illinois in July, 1999 The overall objective of the company is to offer quality tools and engineering services at a competitive market pricing to our customers involved in Thermoforming operation.
In parallel we do offer thermoforming services to selected customers for whom we make tools. Our role is to compliment them as an outside resource for their production needs.
The company personnel have hands-on experience in solving the complex problems associated with the thermoforming and tooling industry. We take pride in sharing our technical expertise to tackle problems related to thermoforming. With our state-of-the-art software, we reduce the cost of producing tools and dies, thus eliminating production bottlenecks. While producing quality tools, we also offer consulting services for plastic thermoforming tooling and related fields.
We are equipped with a state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) that helps us in manufacturing high quality products. The CMM is capable of making microscopic measurements and providing digital output directly to a PC. It is controlled by a powerful Windows-based software that is compatible with most CAD systems including but not limited to SOLID WORKS, AUTOCAD and CADKEY.
