Thermoplastec, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Illinois, Rockford, July 1999. The mission of the company is to make quality tools and to offer engineering services at competitive market pricing to customers involved in thermoforming operation.

Also, Thermoplastec provides thermoforming services in two ways:

1. As a contract manufacturer/co-packer to support OEMs
2. As a custom thermoformer, by adding specific design features to packaging containers contingent upon customer’s production need whether small or large.

The design and manufacturing teams have more than thirty years of hands-on experience with solving complex problems associated with thermoforming and tooling design& manufacturing. Our customer base includes a very large to a small company. With our state-of-the-art software and experience, we provide the best service in making tools that would address the specific needs of a thermoforming operation.

The company has a state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) that helps us in manufacturing high quality products and reverse engineering. The CMM is used for high precision measurements and providing digital output directly to a PC. It is controlled by a powerful Windows-based software that is compatible with most CAD systems including but not limited to SOLID WORKS, AUTOCAD and CADKEY.
